What our roofing customers in Clapham say about us

Janet F.

My husband wrote the following about this firm: We went with this company because of the wonderful customer reviews. Those reviews are totally merited. Everything went like clockwork. The work was completed to the proposed time scale. My wife, who is very hard to please regarding improvements to our home, looked at the new roof and came back in to the house beaming, saying, 'We've gone from the most tatty house in the road to one of the smartest'. We would like to thank all the roofers who worked tirelessly on our house. As well as being superb roofers they were also so pleasant in every respect. A particular thank you to John, who was a roofer 'par excellence'. A massive 'thank you' to Steve who always got back to me so quickly each time I contacted his office. It goes without saying, should either our daughter, who lives in the area, or any of our friends need any roofing work done in the future, we will advise them most strongly to go straight to this firm.

We found South Thames Roofing online. We wanted to have our house rendered and it made sense to get the fascias, soffits and guttering replaced beforehand. The guys did the work on a Saturday and worked really hard to get the job done and finished. Most importantly, they did a lovely job, perfectly straight guttering and a bright white shiny roofline. Have already recommended them to friends on mine having an extension done.

I used South Thames Roofing to install a new roof to my property. Steve and his team were easy to deal with and delivered a first class job on time and at a good price which was the same as the quote I had received, would definitely recommend this company.

Job was re-render and flashing to a chimney stack with difficult access. Stephen kindly honoured a quote from over a year ago. Another highly scoring checkatrade roofer declined to quote this job because he couldn't work out how to access the chimney! Where as Stephen was unphased and positive. We had a lot of intermittenet rain during the work and the work carried on when possible. Done to a good standard. Some opportunistic roof fixes were done while the scaffolding was up and we were charged a fair price for this. Can't fault the professionalism - polite, hard working and cleaned up afterwards. Some (inevitable) broken tiles were replaced as promised. Would recommend .
